"History of war, love and peace from the South of the World", the meaningful one was the subtitle that has accompanied, this summer, the presentation of this optimal work in 2004 edition of La Notte Della Taranta. Many cultures in profitable dialogue pulse in the music of this ensemble, that it has its head of force in the clear voice of Silvia Testoni, and in the classic and popular ropes (guitar battente, oud) of Guido Sodo. Refined arrangement, between ethnojazz suggestions (sassofoni and clarinetti of Guglielmo Pagnozzi) and the embroideries of author: the all conveyed in a travel that has its epicentre in Naples, but it grazes also the morna of Capoverde, Caribbean signs, Middle Eastern and African precious substance. We signal the presence of two unequalled like Gabin Dabire from the Burkina Faso and the great Faisal Taher from Palestine: added voices that intercross others, complementary routes. A song of this work has been enclosed, in the beginning of the year, to the famous Magazine fRoots: chosen that   makes us proud, and that gives honour to the quintetto.
